Full disclosure: Unilove provided us with their new Feed Me booster high chair for testing, and we're very grateful (thank you!).
In our testing, we assembled it, tested all of its features, and let a little one try it out!
Is it worth a spot on our annual best high chairs list? Let's find out!
Unilove Feed Me Booster High Chair Review
Based on our hands-on reviews, we give the Feed Me booster a solid 4.3 out of 5 stars:
Overall Impressions
Most parents don't have time to read through this entire article, so here's a summary of what we found.
We were excited to get our hands on this new booster high chair, and we were pleasantly surprised by the following aspects:
✔️ Height-adjustable seat.
✔️ Easy assembly.
✔️ Easy folding/unfolding.
✔️ Lightweight frame.
✔️ Swivel tray.
✔️ Removable tray liner.
✔️ Center safety bar.
✔️ Comfortable.
✔️ Good seating position.
✔️ Transitions to toddler chair.
✔️ Travel bag included.
✔️ High weight limit (33 lbs).
✔️ Reasonable price.
However, like with any review we write, we also had some little gripes worth mentioning:
❌ Smaller than most others.
❌ No head support.
Overall, testing the Feed Me booster high chair was a lot of fun, and it offers several great features in a relatively portable and reasonably priced package.
It's the perfect high chair for minimalist homes, to keep at grandma's house, and to bring with you on vacation.
That said, there are some minor limitations to consider. Because it's a relatively portable and compact booster high chair that folds flat, it's also somewhat small. Unilove says it can fit a child as heavy as 33 pounds, but we think it would be a tight fit. Especially on the thighs!
Second, if you have a relatively tall infant and need a high chair with head support, this probably isn't for you. We suggest it would be great for infants about 6 months and older, or once they can sit on their own and support the weight of their head.
About Unilove
Unilove is a relatively new brand, first trademarked in 2022, according to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and owned by B&B Best Industrial Co., Ltd., a company based in Taiwan.
In the United States, Unilove products are distributed by LOTSO LLC, a small business located in City of Industry, California.
Currently, their product lineup includes a limited range of items, all manufactured in China: a stroller, high chair, bassinet, pregnancy pillow, and some accessories.
This high chair seems to be produced by Familidoo Lifestyle Co., Ltd., a Chinese company that adheres to ASTM standards.
While Unilove doesn't yet have a well-established reputation in the U.S., we’re always eager to explore offerings from new brands entering the market!
Hands-on Testing
We got our hands on the Feed Me booster high chair in late 2024 for testing, which took place in Massachusetts.
Full Feature & Accessory List
The Unilove Feed Me chair packs a decent set of features, especially at a price under $100.
Here is the full feature list:
✔️ 3-point harness.
✔️ Four-position seat height.
✔️ Swivel tray.
✔️ Removable tray liner.
✔️ Dishwasher-safe tray liner.
✔️ No-slip feet.
✔️ Removable seat cushion.
✔️ Center safety bar.
✔️ 6-month minimum age.
✔️ Maximum weight 33 lbs.
What we didn't see were the following features: adjustable recline, footrest, and adjustable tray position.
Assembly
The Unilove Feed Me booster chair comes in a surprisingly small and lightweight (about 10 pounds) box.
When you take the high chair out of the box, it is protected in a nice black fabric bag.
Here is the bag:
In the box, you'll find the folded seat, seat cover pad, food tray, owner's manual, and warranty card.
The manual contains assembly instructions, which are pretty easy to follow.
You'll need to open the seat frame, attach the tray, pop open the seat itself, fold down the center safety bar (to prevent sliding/slouching down), and then attach the seat cushion and safety harness straps.
We cover the assembly process in our review video, below.
Assembly only takes about 3 minutes, and no tools are required. The most difficult part of assembly is pulling the bottom buckle through the small slot on the seat cushion.
Here's what it looks like when fully assembled, in the parent-facing seat position:
Looking good!
Things We Loved
A few things worth pointing out:
First, the swiveling tray is a game-changer. This feature allows you to pivot the tray out of the way, making it easy to place your child into the seat and take them out.
The tray can swivel in either direction, and it's pretty easy to do. Here's what it looks like with the tray swiveled out of the way:
Second, we appreciated that the clear tray liner is removable and dishwasher safe.
It's easy to snap off and put back on, making clean-up a breeze:
The seat cover is also easy to clean and washing machine-friendly. However, it's so easy to wipe clean you may never need to put it in the washer.
The entire seat is very sturdy and stable when attached to your dining room chair, and we appreciate the no-slip feet.
The adjustable seat and tray height make this booster high chair compatible with basically any dining room table.
In the above photos, it is in its lowest position. But it has 3 additional positions that each raise it by another ~0.75".
To adjust the seat, on the right side (facing the seat) there is a large knob. Turn that to raise the height, and push in and turn to lower the height.
See the dimensions section, below, to learn about the different heights.
Pro-tip: Be sure to check and adjust the booster's height before attaching it to your dining room chair. Once it's attached to your chair, it's basically impossible to adjust the height.
Other small things we appreciated: the center support bar, which helps keep your child from sliding down, the easy buckle/unbuckle 3-point harness, the comfortable seat, and the good seating position/posture for a baby just starting to try solid foods (about 8-10 months). Also, this booster chair can function as a toddler play chair simply by removing the tray: put it in your playroom for a cozy seat!

Dimensions & Specifications
We busted out the measuring tape and took some measurements:
- Folded dimensions (with tray and cushion): 15" wide x 18" long x 6" thick
- Unfolded dimensions: 17" high x 15" wide x 17.5" long
- Tray heights: 11.25", 12", 12.75", 13.5"
- Bottom of tray heights: 9.75", 10.5", 11.25", 12"
- Weight of seat: 7.8 lbs.
- Minimum age: 6 months.
- Maximum child weight: 33 lbs.
Note that the two tray heights consider the distance from your dining chair to the top or bottom of the tray.
We include the height to the bottom of the tray for parents who want to scoot the high chair right up against the table, with the tray overlapping the table. In our case, we had to put the chair at its maximum height to clear the table.
Small Annoyances
Nothing huge here, but some limitations worth mentioning:
First, the booster high chair is relatively small. For most children this won't be an issue, but if you have a chunky monkey it might prove a bit small once they reach about 14-16 months old. Of course, this is also a relatively portable high chair, which means that you want it to be small enough to bring on a trip, throw in the trunk, or pop into your suitcase. So we think the size is a reasonable trade-off.
Second, the booster doesn't have a high back. This won't be a problem if your little one can easily hold their own head up, but if you have a 6-month-old baby with poor head control and posture, then you might want to wait a few months before using this chair.
No high chair is perfect, especially at this price, so we always have some gripes!
For the price, we were overall impressed with the features and quality.
Overall Conclusions
In sum, the Unilove Feed Me booster high chair is a well-designed, compact, and affordable option for parents seeking a portable seating solution for their little ones.
The unique swiveling tray, easy assembly, and lightweight frame make it a great choice for families who value convenience and functionality.
While it may be on the smaller side and lacks head support, these trade-offs are reasonable given its portability and price point.
Overall, it’s a solid choice for minimalist homes, travel, or a backup chair at grandma’s house, making it a versatile addition to any family's baby gear collection!
