So we review both toothpaste options, with fluoride and fluoride-free. This particular fluoride-free option was truly awesome, and our test babies loved its mild flavor and texture. With all-natural ingredients and the solid reputation of Tom's of Maine, this toothpaste stood out as a great first toothpaste option! Not only was the taste nice and mild, and therefore more acceptable for picky babies, but it was also surprisingly effective at cleaning.
